1. Our Commitment
At Ventuswild, we stand behind the quality and durability of our premium outdoor camping gear. This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased directly from ventuswild.com or authorized Ventuswild retailers.
2. Warranty Coverage Period
- Camping Tents & Rooftop Tents: 2-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
- Camping Furniture (tables, chairs, swings): 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
- Accessories & Small Components: 1-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use, including but not limited to:
- Seam failures not caused by improper setup or excessive stress
- Zipper malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
- Pole breakage under normal wind conditions (excluding storm damage)
- Fabric tearing at stress points due to material defects
- Waterproof coating failure under normal weather exposure
4. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading from UV exposure
- Improper setup, use, or storage (e.g., leaving tent pitched for extended periods)
- Weather-related damage including storms, high winds (>25 mph), hail, or lightning
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect (including failure to dry gear before storage)
- Mold, mildew, or discoloration caused by improper cleaning or storage
- Damage from animals, fire, or chemical exposure
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Commercial use or rental applications
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or secondhand markets
5. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim:

- Order number and proof of purchase
- Product name/model and date of purchase
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect and affected area
- Description of when and how the issue occurred
- Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and may request additional information.

Resolution: If approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the product free of charge
- Replace the product with the same or comparable model
- Issue a store credit toward a future purchase
Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our facility unless otherwise specified by Ventuswild.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:
- Follow all setup, use, and care instructions provided with the product
- Store gear clean and completely dry in a cool, dry location
- Avoid exposing products to extreme conditions beyond manufacturer specifications
- Retain proof of purchase for the warranty period
7. Warranty Limitations
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- Ventuswild reserves the right to determine whether damage qualifies as a manufacturing defect.
- Ventuswild is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product failure.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or country.
8. International Purchases
Warranty terms apply globally, but shipping costs for international returns are the customer's responsibility. Local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights beyond this warranty.
